Over the past decade, Rubicon Investments has experienced remarkable growth and transformation under the leadership of Georgia Bunn, Executive Chair, and Daniel Bunn, President and CEO. Founded in the early 20th century by F. George Bunn, the family's business journey began with a modest store in Wishram, Washington, eventually expanding into municipal waste collection across Oregon. Following the sale of Waste Control in 1999, Dan Bunn, along with his son Eric, established Rubicon Investments, focusing on real estate development and management in the Pacific Northwest.

Since assuming leadership roles, Georgia and Daniel have guided Rubicon through significant expansion. Under Daniel's direction as CEO since 2015, the company's assets under management have more than doubled. This growth includes a strategic entry into the government office sector. Under his leadership, Rubicon achieved a 17.9% increase in top-line revenue and maintained 100% occupancy across its properties.

Georgia's role as Executive Chair has been pivotal in leading an independent board of directors that ensures Rubicon has a strong strategic alignment with its mission and its shareholders.
