Daniel is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. He has more than 15 years of experience with Rubicon having previously served as the company’s Vice-President in charge of finance and real estate contracting. In his current role, he oversees the growth and development of the company, including the alignment of complex financial strategies with the needs of our tenants and communities.
Daniel brings a broad background in public service, nonprofit leadership, and advanced education to his role as President and CEO. Daniel previously served as a city councilor and chaired multiple commissions in Medford, Oregon, where He led budget committees and strategic planning initiatives for municipal agencies. Daniel also held director roles with Southern Oregon’s Community Action Agency and the Medford Water Commission, overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets and operational improvements. His academic credentials included degrees and executive education from Pepperdine University, Kellogg/Northwestern, and the University of Oxford, as well as advisory and executive fellow appointment at Georgetown University and the State of Oregon’s Housing Production Advisory Council.
